Panterria - Red Cross Dress/Service Uniforms

The Panterrian Red Cross (PRC) came to be with the founding of Panterria, and replaced all of the red crosses of the countries occupied in 2040-2041. The red cross's ranks were filled with Austrians and members from red crosses in former countries occupied by Panterria. The PRC was one of the last organizations to disappear after Panterria fell.

Panterria is a fictional story of the rise of a great empire from Austria in 2040 to the fall by constant invasion and interior problems.
